The BU-100G-104 bypass oil filter is used in combination with the water glycol oil hydraulic system, and uses the pressure of the hydraulic system to divert a certain amount of oil from the hydraulic oil circuit, and then performs bypass precised filtration through the oil filter. The precised filtration of oil in a larger tank can be achieved by connecting multiple BU-100G-104 bypass oil filters in parallel. The BU-100G-104 bypass oil filter and the hydraulic system operate at the same time to remove the oil contaminants generated by the hydraulic system in real time, improve the oil cleanliness level, greatly extend the service life of the oil, reduce the failure rate of the hydraulic system, and maintain the hydraulic system in good working condition.
